leaving in about 5 hours

i did not get much sleep last night. i was up with someoneone until 4 am and i woke up at 9a to get to an appointment for a sacral cranial thing. it's almost 12p and my flight is at 8.30p and i'm supposed to get there 3 hours before. i have not packed yet.
